Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in any field.
• Required languages: Filipino, English.
• 5 years of working experience in retail industry.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, communications, people management, coaching, and merchandising skills.
• Preferably Supervisor/5+ years experience in Sales - Retail.
• Amenable to work in Bacolod, Negros Occidental.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operations run smoothly.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, train, coach, discipline, and evaluate staff.
• Provide guidance to team on efficient operations.
• Ensure safety and clean store environment.
• Process daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Prepare and report sales, new staff, assignments to HQ.
• Submit documents to HQ and supervisors.
• Follow SOP and guidelines.
• Other duties assigned by Asst Branch Manager/Branch Manager.
