Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Fluent in Filipino and English.
• 5 years working experience in Retail industry.
• Prefer Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Oversee daily store operations.
• Keep store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and maintain store reputation.
• Recruit, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor and appraise performance.
• Provide guidance for effective operations.
• Maintain safe and clean store environment for employees and customers.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Report sales, staffing, and activities to HQ and supervisors.
