Job summary

MR DIY Philippines seeks a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor for Amar Plaza Bacolod. Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in any field.
• Fluent in Filipino and English.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Retail Industry.
• Experience as Supervisor or 5+ years in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure that the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize & arrange merchandise in the selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain compliance with legal requirements to protect store reputation.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline staff; monitor and appraise job responsibilities.
• Provide constructive guidance to team on effective operations.
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment for employees and customers.
• Handle daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stocking and ordering own-use items as needed.
• Prepare, update and report (Sales, New Staff Hiring, Assignment, Case) to HQ & Superior.
• Send documents related to HQ and Superior.
• Work within established guidelines & SOPs.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/Branch Manager.
