Waltermart Store Leader in Nueva Ecija oversees category profitability, customer service excellence, and efficient store operations. You will drive category growth, ensure inventory accuracy, and lead sales support staff and merchandisers to meet targets while maintaining safety standards.

The role requires a bachelor's degree and 6–12 months in retail or store operations, with strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service Management, or any related field.
• At least 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience in retail, supermarket, food service, or store operations.
• Strong leadership, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management and retail operations is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead a team effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
• Manage category performance by driving sales growth and achieving category targets.
• Ensure proper implementation of safety, sanitation, and housekeeping standards within the assigned category.
• Monitor and address bad order concerns to minimize losses and maintain product quality.
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of all promotional activities and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain 100% inventory accuracy through regular monitoring and inventory control practices.
• Supervise, coach, and evaluate the performance of sales support staff and merchandisers.
• Ensure proper product display, stock availability, and category presentation.
• Support overall store operations and contribute to achieving business objectives.
