Job summary

WalterMart Santa Cruz is seeking a Store Leader to oversee operations at the Santa Cruz location in Cebu. The role emphasizes customer service, category sales achievement, FEFO implementation, and inventory accuracy.

You will ensure WalterMart standards, supervise staff, manage promotions, and maintain safety and sanitation. A business-focused degree and 6 months to 1 year in retail management are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with business emphasis, Sales/Marketing/Administration.
• 6 months to 1 year relevant store management and operations experience in retail/food sectors.
• Strong people management and customer-service orientation.

About You
