Responsibilities

• Ensures policies and standards are implemented as process champion for selling, front end, warehouse operations and clearing procedures
• Training and development and management of seven critical positions of the store: Asst. Store, Front end officer, Warehouse Department Head, 3 Category Department Heads and Store Admin Assistant
• Accountable for store target achievement
• Manage and control store expenses
• Inventory Management
• Profitability
• Facilities and fixed assets management
• Ensures profitability of western union, bayad center and lotto
