Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service Management, or any related field.
• At least 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience in retail, supermarket, food service, or store operations.
• Strong leadership, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management and retail operations is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead a team effectively.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
• Manage category performance by driving sales growth and achieving category targets.
• Ensure proper implementation of safety, sanitation, and housekeeping standards within the assigned category.
• Monitor and address bad order concerns to minimize losses and maintain product quality.
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of all promotional activities and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain 100% inventory accuracy through regular monitoring and inventory control practices.
• Supervise, coach, and evaluate the performance of sales support staff and merchandisers.
• Ensure proper product display, stock availability, and category presentation.
• Support overall store operations and contribute to achieving business objectives.
