• Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing retail store team.
• Drive sales performance and profitability through effective coaching and customer engagement.
• Manage inventory and stock movement to ensure product availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the store team by coaching, motivating, and inspiring employees to consistently deliver operational excellence in line with company standards.
• Drive sales performance by strengthening selling behaviors, maximizing customer engagement, and encouraging repeat business.
• Maximize available product channels to effectively address customer needs and support sales growth.
• Lead by example by consistently demonstrating the company’s customer service standards and core principles.
• Drive effective product and inventory management by identifying opportunities and guiding the team in creating action plans to optimize stock availability and movement.
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) by developing and implementing initiatives that support sales growth and store profitability.
• Build strong customer relationships and brand loyalty by empowering the team to provide genuine, personalized, and engaging customer experiences.
• Support store recruitment efforts by partnering with the Human Capital Team to identify, interview, and select qualified candidates who fit the role and company culture.
• Develop future leaders by identifying high-potential team members, providing coaching and development opportunities, and preparing them for Store Manager roles and future business expansion.
• Execute local store marketing initiatives in alignment with Head Office strategies and brand direction to increase store awareness and customer engagement.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions by proactively addressing operational challenges and taking timely action to strengthen store performance and maintain a competitive advantage.
