Responsibilities

• Ensure exceptional customer service standards and resolve escalated complaints.
• Approve returns and exchanges per company policy.
• Oversee pre-orders, fulfillment, payment verification and delivery coordination.
• Schedule staff shifts to ensure proper store coverage.
• Monitor staff performance and provide coaching or disciplinary action as needed.
• Conduct regular team meetings and onboard new staff.
• Drive store sales targets and implement promotions.
• Monitor inventory and request replenishment as needed.
• Process sales transactions through POS and handle payments.
