Job summary

INSPI Philippine is hiring a Store Manager to oversee daily store operations at Sta. Lucia Mall in Metro Manila. You will lead and train store teams, drive sales through goal setting and coaching, and ensure a premier customer experience aligned with brand standards.

The role requires 1–2 years in fashion retail leadership, a Bachelor's degree, and a hands-on, customer-focused approach. ASAP start preferred; relocation/commute to Sta. Lucia Mall is expected.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as Store Manager or Supervisor in fashion/apparel retail.
