Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales growth and meet targets.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Oversee daily store operations.
• Keep store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in sales areas.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store safety and compliance.
• Recruit, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor performance.
• Provide guidance to the team for efficient operations.
• Protect employees and customers by ensuring a safe environment.
• Handle daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Prepare reports for HQ and supervisors.
• Submit documents to HQ and supervisor.
• Adhere to SOPs and guidelines.
• Perform other duties assigned by branch leadership.
