Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor for Xentro Mall Roxas to lead daily store operations and sales growth. You will guide the team, manage merchandising, and ensure excellent customer service in a busy retail environment.

The role requires significant retail experience, strong leadership, and the ability to train and coach staff while maintaining store standards and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Fluency in Filipino and English.
• 5 years of retail experience.
• Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
• Prefer candidates with supervisory experience at a mall store.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales growth and achievement.
• Set up gondolas and arrange merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operations run smoothly.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize merchandise in selling areas.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor and evaluate performance.
• Provide guidance to team for efficient operations.
• Ensure employee and customer safety in a clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Report sales, staffing, and other updates to HQ and supervisor.
• Correspond with HQ and supervisor as needed.
• Follow established SOP and guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by Asst Branch Manager/Branch Manager.
