Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field is required.

• 5 years of experience in retail is preferred.
• Supervisor/5+ years experience in Sales - Retail is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements to maintain store reputation.
• Recruit, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor performance.
• Provide guidance for effective store operations.
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment.
• Handle daily cash-in and banking processes.
• Stock and order supplies as needed.
• Prepare and report sales, staffing, and assignments to HQ.
