Job summary

Olympic Village Enterprises Inc. is seeking an inventory support staff in Quezon City. The role entails encoding deliveries, performing stock pull-outs and adjustments, and analyzing data for reconciliation and stock adjustments.

The candidate should have at least 1 year of retail experience, be computer literate, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. Willing to work at Olympic Village SM North and under a cooperative/agency arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Encode deliveries, perform pull-outs and adjustments.
• Analyze data for reconciliation and adjustments.
• Follow stockroom rules and aging of stocks/brands.
• Reconcile stocks and maintain accuracy.
• Support inventory management and cycle counts.
• Provide customer service oriented support when needed.

• Encoding of deliveries, pull out and adjustment
• Analyze data for reconciliation and adjustment
• Knows basic trouble shooting
• With strong Inventory Management Skills
• Knows how to reconcile stocks
• Knows to implement rules in stockroom
• Knows to follows the aging stage of each stocks/brands
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Pivot
• Customer Service oriented
