Job summary

J.R.S. Holdings Inc. is seeking an organized HR Officer to support Insurance Health & Wellness operations in Metro Manila.

The role covers Receiving & Inspection, Store & Inventory Control, Materials Issuance & Fulfillment, Materials Handling & Logistics, and Documentation & Record Keeping to ensure accurate stock control and compliant processes. You will maintain housekeeping and safety compliance in the warehouse and coordinate with internal departments and external clients as needed to ensure

Qualifications

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming raw materials, parts, and supplies against purchase orders and shipping manifests.
• Organize, bin, and store items safely in designated warehouse locations; maintain inventory accuracy through regular physical stock counts and audit logs.
• Pick, pack, and issue tools, spare parts, and materials to internal departments or external clients based on approved requisition requests.
• Safely operate equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks) to load/unload transport vehicles and transfer heavy materials across the facility.
• Log all stock movements, GRN, and dispatch documents into the inventory management system.
• Keep storage areas, aisles, and staging zones clean, orderly, and fully compliant with workplace safety standards.
