Job summary

Executive Genesis Services, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Clerk to monitor and optimize stock levels across branches in the Pampanga area. You will conduct daily counts, analyze stock movement, ensure accurate barcoding and pricing, and prepare inventory reports and forecasts.

The ideal candidate has at least college level education and at least 6 months experience in inventory management or analysis, with proficiency in Octopus System and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• At least college level education (Business/Service-related preferred).
• Minimum 6 months experience in inventory management/analysis.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and update branch inventory levels.
• Conduct daily physical counts of products.
• Analyze stock movement (fast, slow, non-moving items).
• Ensure proper barcoding, pricing, and product condition.
• Prepare inventory reports, forecasts, and stock requests.
• Assist in monthly physical counts and resolve inventory variances.
