Job summary

MR-DIY Philippines is seeking a reliable Cashier to join our retail team in Caramoan, Camarines Sur. You will handle payments, operate registers, and ensure accurate transactions while delivering friendly service.

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree or 4-year coursework background, cash handling experience, good communication, and computer literacy. Minimum 1 year in a similar role is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Business or 4-year course) is required or preferred.
• Background in cashiering, preferably with POS experience.
• Ability to provide quality customer service.
• Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar industry.
• Average communication and people skills; computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic math to collect payments and make change.
• Operate registers, scanners, scales and card terminals.
• Balance cash drawer and generate sales reports.
• Accept payments, verify prices/quantities, issue receipts.
• Handle exchanges and refunds efficiently.
• Maintain accurate cash drawer and keep checkout area orderly.
