Job summary

East West Rural Bank, Inc. is seeking a Store Cash & Loans Management Specialist to assist the Team Leader with back-office operations and related administrative tasks. The role includes reliever duties when the leader is absent and ensuring accurate filing of documents.

The candidate will perform daily cash counts, manage customer records, and maintain loan documentation in the company database, while upholding bank policies.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a bachelor's degree (4-year course), preferably business-related courses.
• Knowledge of all banking products, loans policies and procedures is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Quality check of all scanned documents - not limited to customer records, account opening forms, loan forms, etc.
• Timely uploading of records and loan documents to the company database
• Management of all customer records and files
• Call back on all loan releases & accounts opened for the day
• Handling and custodianship of cash fund, cash safe, credit folders, etc. in absence of Senior SCLM Specialist
• Perform daily cash count in accordance with the Bank's policies and standard operating procedures
• Inventory of Accountable Forms
• Accurate and timely submission of Alpha List
• Perform other duties assigned by the immediate leader or the management
• Act as reliever in the temporary absence of the Team Leader or the Teller
