Qualifications

• Must be a resident within 30 minutes travel time
• Experience in collection/billing is an advantage
• Willing to perform field work
• Graduate of a 4-year course, ideally business-related
• Strong mathematical and analytical abilities
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all billing documents
• Resolve lapses in monthly billing preparation
• Assist Team Leader in billing and collection policy implementation
• Ensure monthly remittances are received on time
• Initiate and resolve non-collection issues via calls or field visits
• Perform collection actions on new past due and Stage 3 accounts
• Prepare and recommend loan deviations with risk monitoring
• Negotiate with clients on past due accounts while maintaining approvals
• Handle additional tasks assigned by the Team Leader - Billing and Collections
• Support Sales Augmentation Team as needed
