Job summary

MR DIY Philippines, Mariposa Arcade (MPAR) store, is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor to lead daily operations, drive sales, and mentor a team of store associates. Strong leadership, merchandising, and customer service will deliver a smooth shopping experience.

The role requires a bachelor's degree, at least five years in retail, and fluency in Filipino and English; willingness to work at Mariposa Arcade.

Qualifications

Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
Fluent in Filipino and English.
5 years working experience in retail industry.
Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
Amenable to work in Mariposa Arcade.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
Ensure that the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
Keep the store tidy and clean.
Organize and arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
Greet and serve customers.
Maintain store stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline employees; monitor and appraise responsibilities.
Provide constructive guidance to team on operations.
Ensure a safe and clean store environment for employees and customers.
Daily bank-in of store sales.
Stock and order items as needed.
Complete, update and report to HQ and Superior.
Submit documents related to HQ and Superior.
Work within SOP and guidelines.
Any other responsibilities assigned by Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
