Select Goods is seeking a dynamic Store Assistant Manager to join our La Union Ilocos Region retail team. This full-time role supports the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, customer service, and driving sales performance.

You will lead a motivated staff, manage stock and visual merchandising, oversee cash handling, and ensure health and safety compliance. The ideal candidate has retail management experience and a passion for creating a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail management or supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations with the Store Manager, including opening/closing and cash handling.
• Supervise staff and maintain high standards of service.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with supply chain.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness.
• Support sales targets and promotional campaigns.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Train team on product knowledge and store policies.
• Ensure health and safety compliance.
