• Maintain the store's stability by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach, and discipline employees.
• Provide guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Protect employees and customers by providing a safe environment.
• Perform daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Complete, update, and report various sales and staffing information.
