Job summary

Green Sun Hotel Management Inc. is seeking a Stockman to manage stock reception, storage, and issuance to support smooth hotel operations. The role ensures accurate inventory records, timely reporting, and safe handling of goods.

The Stockman will coordinate with departments, maintain organized stockrooms, and uphold safety and housekeeping standards. The position requires integrity, physical fitness for lifting, and the ability to work with vendors and hotel staff to maintain optimal stock

Qualifications

• College graduate of any business-related or relevant course.
• Willing to be employed under our partnered Manpower Agency
• Previous experience in inventory, warehouse, or stockroom operations is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of inventory control and stock management.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving stocks and supplies.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and accurate in record-keeping.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

Responsibilities

Job Summary

The Stockman is responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and issuing stocks and supplies while maintaining accurate inventory records. This role ensures that all items are properly stored, readily available, and accounted for to support the efficient operations of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Stock Receiving
  Receive and inspect incoming stocks and supplies to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Inventory Management
  Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels regularly. Submit daily, monthly & annual inventory report.
• Stock Organization
  Arrange and store items properly to ensure easy access and prevent damage or loss.
• Stock Issuance & Monitoring
  Prepare and release requested items to authorized departments in a timely manner. Report low stock levels, discrepancies, and inventory issues to the supervisor.
• Housekeeping & Safety
  Keep the stockroom clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Documentation
  Complete and maintain all inventory-related records, reports, and filing requirements accurately.
