Job summary

Magna Prime Chemical Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Stockman/Stock Clerk to ensure proper receipt, storage, issuance and dispatch of goods while maintaining accurate daily inventory records.

This role supports warehouse operations by guaranteeing stock accuracy, timely order dispatch, and adherence to inventory and safety procedures. The Stock Clerk will coordinate with Sales, Invoicing, and Warehouse teams to maintain organized stock areas, use PPE, and uphold safety standards in all warehouse

• Ability to use required PPE during warehouse and dispatch activities.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming stocks and verify quantities against delivery receipts and purchase orders.
• Assist in unloading, sorting, labeling, and proper storage of materials.
• Ensure stocks are stored according to product type, safety standards, and warehouse layout.
• Report damaged, missing, or excess items immediately to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Conduct daily stock checking and update inventory records accordingly.
• Perform weekly cycle counts to monitor stock accuracy and movement.
• Prepare and dispatch stocks based on approved sales orders, delivery orders, or withdrawal slips.

About the role

The Stockman / Stock Clerk is responsible for the proper receipt, storage, issuance, and dispatch of goods, while maintaining accurate inventory records on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. This role supports smooth warehouse and store operations by ensuring stock accuracy, timely dispatch of orders, and compliance with inventory and safety procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Receive incoming stocks and verify quantities and condition against delivery receipts and purchase orders
• Assist in unloading, sorting, labeling, and proper storage of materials
• Ensure stocks are stored according to product type, safety standards, and warehouse layout
• Report damaged, missing, or excess items immediately to the Warehouse Supervisor
• Conduct daily stock checking and update inventory records accordingly
• Perform weekly cycle counts to monitor stock accuracy and movement
• Participate in monthly physical inventory and reconciliation of variances
• Prepare and dispatch stocks based on approved sales orders, delivery orders, or withdrawal slips
• Maintain complete and organized records of receiving, issuance, transfers, and returns
• Follow safety rules and proper handling procedures for materials and equipment
