Job summary

Lorean Steel Construct Corp. is seeking a Field Engineer (General Construction) in Marikina City to supervise on-site activities, ensure plans and schedules are followed, and uphold safety standards.

The candidate should have a Civil Engineering degree with 3–5 years in concreting, formworks, and structural steel, be willing to relocate beyond Metro Manila, and demonstrate strong leadership and clear communication with site staff and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3-5 years experience in concreting works, formworks, and structural steel.
• Willing to relocate assignments outside Metro Manila.
• Knowledge in estimating civil works and structural steel.
• Must possess strong leadership skills to direct site staff, subcontractors, and on-site personnel to meet timelines and quality expectations.
• Ability to communicate clearly, manage diverse teams, and resolve on-site issues.
