Responsibilities

• Read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
• Measure, cut, bend, and shape steel bars using tools.
• Tie and fix reinforcement bars and steel meshes.
• Install rebar for foundations, columns, beams, slabs, and walls.
• Secure steel reinforcement using wire or welding.
• Check alignment and spacing according to specifications.
• Work with concrete teams before and during pouring.
• Follow safety rules and wear PPE.
• Maintain tools and keep the work area clean.

Job description

• Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and bar bending is an advantage

• Tie and fix reinforcement bars and steel meshes accurately
• Install rebar for foundations, columns, beams, slabs, and walls
• Secure steel reinforcement using wire, clips, or welding when required
• Check alignment, spacing, and placement according to specifications
• Work with concrete teams before and during concrete pouring
• Follow safety rules and wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE)
