Job summary

Ask Asia Management Consulting Inc. seeks a senior leader to oversee tax and regulatory functions in the Philippines. You will head the Statutory Reporting department, driving compliance, governance and timely financial reporting.

The role requires a CPA with at least 3 years of managerial experience handling BIR matters and a willingness to travel to BIR offices. You will collaborate with HR and Treasury on payroll matters and tax planning, while leading audits and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Must be CPA.
• Must have at least 3 years managerial experience handling same scope of work.
• Must have hands-on experience dealing with BIR matters.
• Willing to travel to visit different BIR offices.

Responsibilities

• Lead Statutory Reporting department including accounting, tax, payroll and liaison functions.
• Oversee tax compliance and statutory reporting requirements and manage audits/inquiries.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to senior management for decision making.
• Strengthen internal controls and governance; drive process improvements and automation.
• Coordinate with HR and Treasury on payroll-related matters and cross-functional initiatives.
