Job summary

Bahama Realty and Development Corp is seeking a Gasoline Station Supervisor to plan, schedule, and supervise station attendants while ensuring adherence to company policies. You will prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and manage overall station operations. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Prior gasoline station experience is not required. Excellent customer service, honesty, and willingness to train are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in or without experience at gasoline station considered.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, supervise and ensure attendants follow policies.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Plan, schedule, supervise and ensure that all attendants adhere to Company policies.

2. Prepare sales report, shift end reports, and reconcile accounts daily / weekly / monthly and other reports as may be required by the Management.

3. Manage day to day operations of the station.

Qualifications:

1. Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in any field.

2. At least 2 years’ experience in Supervisory position.

3. With or without experience in a gasoline station may apply for the position

4. Honest and trustworthy.

5. Good in customer service.

6. Hardworking and motivated.

7. Willing to undergo training.

8. Can start ASAP.
