Job summary

MAXIPACIFIC CORP. is seeking a Gas Station Operations Supervisor in Silang, Cavite to plan, schedule, and supervise gas station attendants and cashiers, ensuring policy adherence and smooth daily operations.

You will manage fuel and merchandise inventories, safeguard cash and non-cash sales, and timely submit fuel orders to prevent stockouts, while coaching staff to deliver excellent customer service. This role requires leadership, reliability, and the ability to work in Silang, with training in

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• At least 1 year of similar working experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Results-driven.
• Self-starter, organized, and detail oriented.
• Experience handling customers and personnel.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, supervise and ensure adherence to store policies by Gas Station Attendants & Cashiers.
• Maintain fuel and merchandise inventories.
• Ensure the accuracy and safekeeping of all cash and non-cash sales.
• Submit fuel orders in a timely fashion so fuel arrives before reserves run low.
• Keep up on daily reports from Management to ensure prices reflect current economic trends.
• Troubleshoot basic pump issues.
• Coach staff as necessary to improve delivery of customer service.
• Source PO accounts.
