Promethium Marketing Company in Pasig is seeking an Assistant Gas Station Supervisor to oversee gas station attendants and cashiers, ensuring policy adherence and smooth daily operations.

The role requires a Diploma or equivalent, 1–3 years of relevant experience, and a willingness to be based in Pasig. Responsibilities include inventory control, cash handling, ordering fuel, and coaching staff for better service delivery.

Qualifications

• Plan, schedule, supervise and ensure that all Gas Station Attendants & Cashiers adhere to store policies.
• Responsible for maintaining fuel and merchandise inventories.
• Ensure the accuracy and safekeeping of all cash and non-cash sales.
• Submit fuel orders in a timely fashion so fuel arrives before reserves run low.
• Keep up on daily reports from Management to ensure prices reflect current trends.
• Knowledgeable with basic troubleshooting of the pumps.
• Coach staff as necessary to improve delivery of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cash and non-cash sales are accurate and secure.
• Submit fuel orders on time to avoid stockouts.
• Review daily management reports to reflect price trends.
