Jadeblue Petroleum, Inc. in Pasig is seeking a hands-on Gas Station Supervisor to lead daily operations, ensure top customer service, and drive sales targets.

You will supervise station staff, monitor fuel and store sales, manage cash handling and inventories, and ensure compliance with safety and company standards. Willingness to work shifts including weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business-related field.
• 2–5 years of supervisory experience in gas station, retail, or multi-branch operations.
• Experience in sales, cash handling, inventory, and staff supervision.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Results-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to be deployed to assigned gas station locations.

Job Responsibilities
