Job summary

Jadeblue Petroleum Inc. is seeking a Gas Station Operations Supervisor to oversee daily station activities, supervise staff and cashiers, and ensure compliance with safety and company policies.

The role focuses on optimizing fuel and store sales, managing inventory, maintaining customer service excellence, and coordinating with management on performance and operational matters. Shift work and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of supervisory experience in gas station/retail/food service or multi-branch operations.
• Experience in sales, cash handling, inventory, and staff supervision.

About the role

About you

• Experience in sales, cash handling, inventory, and staff supervision




• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills




• Results-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment




• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
