Qualifications

• Active USRN License (New York preferred) and PHRN.
• Minimum of 3 years acute hospital experience (ER/OR preferred) with strong clinical exposure.
• At least 1 year of Utilization Management Review (UMR) experience using InterQual and MCG guidelines.
• Minimum 1 year of Healthcare BPO Trainer experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City.
• Amenable to a night shift schedule.
