Job summary

TE Connectivity Ltd. in the Philippines seeks a MFG & PROCESS DVL Engineer II—Stamping at its DND PH plant to drive stamping process development for new products. You will collaborate with product development and plant teams on launch readiness and manufacturing improvements.

The role requires a strong hands-on background in stamping, tool design, DOE and quality methods, plus fluent English and cross-functional collaboration. Overseas exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or related field required.
• 5+ years design, process and troubleshooting experience.
• Strong knowledge of stamping processes and metal materials.
• Proficiency with GD&T, DOE and quality tools.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; overseas experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Overall stamping process development coordinating with interaction processes to optimize cost and quality.
• Concept design and proofing for stamping process and tooling; DOE.
• Technical leadership and troubleshooting from low to high-volume production.
• Platforming manufacturing processes; driving manufacturability and cost reductions.
• Launch products at rate using cross-functional teams; ensure on-time delivery.
• Documentation of processes (DFM, FMEAs, WI, QCPC).
