Job Description

The Stall Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall upkeep of stalls in a market, event, fairground, stable, or similar setting. The role involves providing excellent customer service, assisting with product displays or animal care (if applicable), and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for visitors and vendors.

Stall Maintenance:

• Clean and sanitize stalls regularly to maintain hygiene and safety standards.
• Ensure stalls are well-organized, stocked, and visually appealing.
• Dispose of waste properly and maintain cleanliness in surrounding areas.

Customer Service:

• Greet and assist visitors with inquiries and purchases (if applicable).
• Provide information about products, services, or animals as needed.
• Handle customer complaints or direct them to the appropriate personnel.

Operational Support:

• Assist in setting up and dismantling stalls or displays.
• Ensure all equipment and supplies are in good working order.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to management.

Safety and Compliance:

• Follow safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring a safe environment for all.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations related to food handling, animal care, or product management, depending on the setting.
