Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and friendly Food Stall Attendant to join our team in Iloilo. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, maintaining food quality standards, and supporting daily stall operations to provide a positive experience for customers while upholding a clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Take orders, answer inquiries, suggest menu items, ensure timely and accurate order delivery, and handle complaints or concerns effectively.
• Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation of food and beverages according to the stall’s menu. Ensure food is presented attractively and monitor stock, notifying the supervisor when supplies are running low.
• Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stall, including food prep areas and storage. Adhere to hygiene and food safety standards at all times. Regularly sanitize equipment, surfaces, and utensils.
• Cashiering and Payment Handling: Operate the cash register and process payments (cash or card). Provide correct change and receipts. Keep track of daily sales and report to the supervisor.
• Inventory Management: Assist in inventory counts and restocking of food supplies. Ensure proper storage of food items to avoid waste and maintain freshness.
• Teamwork and Communication: Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth stall operations and communicate with the manager or supervisor for operational issues or suggestions.

Qualifications
