Job summary

EY Global Delivery Services is seeking a Staff Data Engineer to join the EY GDS Data Engineering Team in the Philippines. The role focuses on building cloud data ingestion and processing pipelines using major cloud platforms and data tools.

You will work hands-on with Python, PySpark, SQL and BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, Looker or Qlik, and participate in CI/CD practices. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of related experience and a willingness to learn new technologies in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in developing cloud data ingestion and processing pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Fabric, Databricks, AWS, GCP, Snowflake or Hadoop.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker or Qlik.

Responsibilities

• Develop cloud data ingestion and processing pipelines to enable data-driven decision making.
• Work with BI tools to deliver insights and dashboards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and present solutions.
• Demonstrate debugging and analytical skills to support data platforms in a fast-paced environment.
