Qualifications

• Hands-on with EDA tools across synthesis, physical design, simulation, timing analysis, formal or functional verification.
• Strong understanding of digital design, SoC architectures, design flows, and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in Tcl, Python, Perl, or Shell scripting.
• Experience analyzing design reports, tool logs, and complex issues.
• Ability to develop practical solutions, automation, and design-flow improvements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with customers, R&D, and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to understand technical requirements and solve complex design challenges using Synopsys solutions.
• Drive the deployment, integration, and adoption of Synopsys EDA tools within customer design environments.
• Analyze design flows, reproduce technical issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions or workarounds.
• Provide pre-sales technical support, including evaluations, demonstrations, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with R&D, product engineering, and product management to resolve product issues and communicate customer requirements.
• Develop scripts, automation, and design methodologies that improve quality of results and engineering productivity.
• Create application notes, best-practice guides, and reusable technical solutions.
• Manage assigned customer engagements and technical deliverables with a high level of ownership.
