Jobgether is seeking a Staff+ Software Engineer, AI-based to build and scale a shared AI foundation powering our financial planning tools. You will shape model selection, routing, context, and tool integration, while ensuring quality, observability, and measurable evaluation in production.

The role offers remote-first collaboration with Americas-based teams and strong architectural influence. You will lead end-to-end development of agentic experiences, from early prototypes to production,

Qualifications

• Experience shipping production LLM systems and evaluation infra.
• Ability to design context management and multi-model routing.
• Proven track record with agent frameworks and prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own the shared AI foundation powering product teams and tool design.
• Design architecture to support multiple AI capabilities on a common base.
• Own AI evaluation infrastructure and define quality standards.
• Ship agentic experiences from prototype to production.
• Build observability into agent behavior and profile workflows.
• Drive adoption of shared systems across teams with clear docs.
