Job summary

LifeBank Microfinance Foundation, Inc. (LBF) in Davao City is seeking a Field Associate to coordinate Micro Insurance and Loan Insurance processes, manage claims, and liaise with staff and providers to ensure timely, accurate service in the coverage areas.

Candidates should be at least a first-year college student, preferably in office or business studies; travel willingness is required as assignments may be anywhere within the organization.

• At least first-year college and preferably office and any business-related course.
• Previous aligned employment is an advantage.
• Willing to travel and be assigned anywhere within the scope of the organization.

Job Summary:

Field Associate (FA) is the focal person of Micro Insurance/Loan Insurance (MI/LI) and is primarily responsible to facilitate and carry out effective and systematic microinsurance and claims processes in area of coverage thru proper coordination to concerned staff and the provider.

• At least first-year college and preferably office and any business-related course
• Previous aligned employment is an advantage
• Willing to travel and be assigned anywhere within the scope of the organization
