Select VoiceCom in Cebu City is hiring a Case Management Specialist to support SSDI claims with clients from a law firm. The role involves handling client calls, updating case statuses, and coordinating with SSA/DDS while ensuring accurate documentation in the case management system.

We seek an experienced BPO professional with strong English communication, empathy, and the ability to manage multiple client interactions. Night shifts and on-site work are required at our Cebu IT Park location.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written English communication and active-listening skills.
• Professional, patient, and empathetic client-service approach.
• Ability to learn, retain, and clearly explain SSDI procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Willing to work on-site and night shift.
• Experience in BPO with case management or legal services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients regarding SSDI cases.
• Explain SSDI procedures and terminology clearly to clients.
• Review client files and maintain accurate case records.
• Contact SSA, DDS, and other agencies to obtain case updates.
• Escalate complex matters to the proper law firm staff.
• Document communications and status updates in NEOS.
• Maintain timely follow-up on outstanding items.
