Job summary

Marsh is seeking a Senior Analyst - Systems Administration based in Mexico City, with a hybrid work model requiring at least three days in the office. You will implement and support back-end systems and applications and act as technical lead on small to mid-size projects.

You will analyze trends, develop repeatable processes, mentor teammates, and provide escalation support to Help Desk and local teams, partnering with stakeholders across NERA, Actuarial, OWG Tech, and MMC Tech.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Systems Engineering or Mobile Application Development.
• 4+ years of experience in Windows Server Administration.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows PC OS and hardware troubleshooting.
• Practical knowledge of LAN/WAN networking.
• Experience managing Active Directory objects, including sites and services, trusts, replication, DFS, and core AD functions.
• Experience with back-end enterprise application installation, management, and support on distributed networks.
• Proficiency with M365 core applications, NTFS permissions management, and Windows server configuration and optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Systems Administration team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexico City - Paseo. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As a Senior Analyst - Systems Administration, you will focus on implementing and supporting core technical services and applications managed by the MMC Tech Domain 1. You will contribute to NERA and Actuarial projects, participate in broader OWG and Marsh initiatives, and be responsible for problem-solving, knowledge creation, and developing repeatable processes.
