Job summary

Joinimagine is seeking a Quality Assurance professional in the Philippines to conduct Gemba process verifications and implement CAPA/document control. You will lead audits with regulators or customers and train staff to close competency gaps in Quality compliance.

Experience in ISO 9001 and regulatory awareness is valued. You will collaborate with site leadership to monitor KPIs, ensure data integrity in LOGICS, and maintain Pest Control documentation.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of root cause analysis and problem solving.
• Auditing experience (1st/2nd/3rd party).
• Ability to work with people at different levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Perform Gemba to verify process controls.
• Establish and implement country CAPA and Document & Record management.
• Lead site management in customer or regulatory audits.
• Train employees to close competency gaps related to Quality and local training programs.
