optiBPO, based in Mabalacat City, Pampanga, is seeking a Sr. Order Entry Processor for its evening shift. The role oversees daily order entry operations, supports and develops the team, and ensures orders are processed accurately and on time.

You will lead a collaborative team, drive performance targets, and engage with AI-enabled workflows. Experience with AI implementations or AI-supported processes is valued, though technical AI development is not required.

Formación

• Experience in order entry, order processing, or a related operations role.
• Experience leading, training, or mentoring a team.
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance goals while maintaining accuracy and service quality.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience participating in, supporting, or working alongside an AI implementation or AI-enabled workflow. Technical AI development experience is not required.
• Comfort using order management systems, spreadsheets, and performance reports.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily workloads, set priorities, and help the team meet order volume, accuracy, turnaround-time, and service targets.
• Review order entry work for quality and resolve exceptions, discrepancies, and escalated issues.
• Coach and train team members, provide constructive feedback, and foster a positive, accountable team environment.
• Partner with customer service, sales, operations, and other teams to address order-related questions and improve processes.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and recommend improvements to workflows and team productivity.
• Support the rollout of AI-assisted tools or workflows by participating in testing, documenting procedures, gathering team feedback, and helping colleagues adopt new processes.
• Ensure AI-generated or automated outputs are reviewed as appropriate for accuracy, customer requirements, and company policies.
