THE OPPORTUNITY
Join a strategic digital modernization program as a Senior Microsoft Power Platform Administrator. You will own the administration, governance, security and day-to-day operations of the Power Platform environment, ensuring enterprise solutions are reliable, secure, compliant and well managed.
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
- Own enterprise administration across Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Power Pages.
- Shape environment strategy, governance, security, DLP, lifecycle management and platform standards.
- Monitor platform health, capacity, licensing and API usage while resolving operational issues.
- Drive continuous improvement, automation and operational excellence while mentoring junior administrators.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Administer and maintain Power Platform environments across Dev, Test, UAT and Production.
- Manage provisioning, environment lifecycle, backup/restore, security roles, access controls and DLP policies.
- Monitor platform health, storage, capacity, licensing, connectors, API usage and performance.
- Perform maintenance, updates and platform upgrades with minimal business disruption.
- Respond to production incidents, troubleshoot issues, conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Enforce Center of Excellence governance, naming standards, solution lifecycle and security/compliance requirements.
- Support ALM using solutions, pipelines and DevOps, with monitoring through Power Platform analytics, Azure Monitor and Application Insights.
- Maintain runbooks and operational documentation, identify improvement opportunities, automate administrative tasks and provide post-deployment support.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree or tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration/Management or a related field, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of Power Platform administration and operations experience covering environment management, security, governance, monitoring, capacity and licensing.
- Hands-on Dataverse administration, security roles, DLP policies and platform monitoring experience.
- Strong experience with Power Platform Admin Center and administration/support of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Power Pages.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 / Azure Active Directory security and identity management.
- Experience with ALM, solutions, pipelines, DevOps and monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor or Application Insights.
- Strong knowledge of CoE governance, RBAC, DLP, compliance, ITIL/service management and platform lifecycle management.
- Working knowledge of PowerShell, Power Platform CLI and automation scripting.

- Capacity planning, licensing and cost optimization for Power Platform environments.
- Solution or enterprise architecture experience from an operations and governance perspective.
- Requirements analysis and business process re-engineering experience.
- Agile and IT service management experience.
- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder coordination, communication and team leadership skills.
HYBRID ROLE — 3 DAYS ONSITE PER WEEK
This is a genuinely hybrid engagement. You will work onsite three days each week, with additional onsite attendance when required by the user unit.
