Job summary

onsemi in the Philippines is seeking a Planning Systems Analyst to act as a liaison between end users and IT/system solution teams, supporting system enhancements and KPI monitoring.

You will participate in planning projects, assist with planning system knowledge training, and help align planning processes with cross-functional groups including manufacturing and engineering.

Qualifications

• BS or BA in Business, Supply Chain Management, and related experience.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of supply chain systems (Oracle, I2, SAP, JDA) is a plus.
• Organizational, time management and multitasking abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to organize and coordinate at a global level and work with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of manufacturing and engineering processes.

Responsibilities

• As a liaison between end users and IT/system solution teams, supporting planning system debugging and enhancements.
• Monitor planning KPIs and analyze data to advise improvements.
• As the training coordinator for planning system knowledge and TP daily processes.
• Support planning projects and user acceptance testing.
• Align planning processes with cross-functional teams across functions.
