Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Sr. Manager - Workforce Management 4D to lead WFM activities across multiple projects in a fast-paced, AI-enabled environment. The role requires designing and delivering end-to-end reporting, driving client discussions, and defining WFM strategy to meet service levels.

The position offers a hybrid work model in the Philippines, with leadership responsibilities and opportunities to implement innovative technologies in operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degrees in Commerce, Economics or Finance.
• MBA or MS in Analytics is a plus.
• Strong leadership and analytics capabilities required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, build and deliver on WFM activities and process.
• Drive client discussions on requirements and build solution bases gaps in WFM process.
• Own end-to-end reporting and MIS delivery for multiple projects.

Job Description

• Plan, Design, Build and deliver on WFM activities and process
• Drive client discussionon requirementsand build solution bases gaps in WFM process
• Own end-to-end reporting and MIS delivery for multiple projects.
• Be responsible for ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of the all reports
• Lead meeting and develop agenda for variousfunctions to review performance and efficiency.
• Provide transparency and instructions to your team on the expectationfor functions.
• Identify and removeredundancies in the process for effective delivery
• Develop a strategy for redefining WFM goals bases the client and business requirements.
• Lead the way in implementing new technologies in operations.
• Design road map to develop the teammembersand get them ready to scale upbases requirements
• Design and build performance metrics and set up benchmarks
• Ensure timeliness and accuracy delivery to customer
• Also develop reports and tools to give daily and weekly visibility to Sr. Management on run rate.
• Develop and implement workforce management strategies; Conduct capacity planning and workforce forecasting; Manage scheduling activities to meet service level objectives; Analyze and optimize workforce performance metrics; Lead a team of workforce management specialists; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align workforce strategies with business goals.
