Nickel Asia Corporation seeks a Senior Leader to head the Enterprise Platforms Center of Excellence, defining the operating model and governance for SAP, SuccessFactors, and Microsoft 365. You will align platform strategy with IT Services and business priorities, manage vendors, and drive adoption across NAC entities.

Lead the Enterprise Platforms Center of Excellence and define its operating model, service scope, governance standards, support structure, enhancement delivery approach, and annual work program in alignment with NAC’s business priorities and IT Services objectives.
Oversee the operational stability, support performance, incident coordination, service continuity, issue resolution, and continuous improvement of NAC’s enterprise platforms, including SAP, SuccessFactors, Microsoft 365, ESM, and other approved platforms.
Govern platform enhancement demand, including intake, assessment, prioritization, business requirement validation, impact analysis, implementation readiness, release planning, and post-implementation review.
Drive platform adoption, enablement, and user engagement across NAC entities through communications, training coordination, adoption campaigns, usage monitoring, feedback mechanisms, and business readiness support.
Coordinate with Technology Management & Transformation to ensure that platform decisions, integrations, configurations, enhancements, and roadmap items are aligned with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, data, process, and governance standards.
Manage vendor, partner, and managed service provider performance for enterprise platforms, including coordination of support issues, enhancement delivery, service levels, escalations, contract-related inputs, and vendor accountability.
Establish and maintain platform governance artifacts, including service catalogs, support procedures, configuration documentation, role and access matrices, release calendars, approval workflows, enhancement backlogs, and platform performance dashboards.
Monitor platform service performance, adoption progress, risks, issues, dependencies, enhancement delivery status, and value realization, and report these to the appropriate management and governance forums.
Support compliance, audit, cybersecurity, data privacy, ISO / ISMS, access governance, and control requirements relevant to enterprise platforms within the scope of IT Services.
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s Degree or postgraduate qualification is preferred.
Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in enterprise platform management, IT service delivery, application support, platform governance, business systems implementation, enterprise applications, shared services technology, or technology-enabled business transformation, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial or leadership role.
Certifications or training in ITIL, project management, SAP, SuccessFactors, Microsoft 365 administration or adoption, ESM / ITSM platforms, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity awareness, data governance, change management, service management, ISO / ISMS, or vendor management are an advantage.
