Job summary

Nickel Asia Corporation seeks a Senior Leader to head the Enterprise Platforms Center of Excellence, defining the operating model and governance for SAP, SuccessFactors, and Microsoft 365. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years in enterprise platform management and IT service delivery with leadership experience.
• ITIL, project management, SAP, SuccessFactors, Microsoft 365 or ITSM certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Enterprise Platforms Center of Excellence and define operating model, scope, governance, and annual work program aligned with business priorities.
• Oversee stability, support performance, incident coordination, service continuity, and continuous improvement of platforms including SAP, SuccessFactors, and Microsoft 365.
• Govern platform enhancement demand from intake through release planning and post-implementation review.
• Drive platform adoption, enablement, and user engagement via training, campaigns, and readiness support.
• Coordinate with Technology Management to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, data governance, and standards.
• Manage vendor, partner, and MSP performance, SLAs, escalations, and contract inputs.
• Establish and maintain platform governance artifacts and dashboards for performance and value realization.
