Job summary

Michael Page, based in the Philippines, is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel for a multinational energy/oil and gas organisation in Metro Manila. You will provide corporate and regulatory counsel to support daily operations, draft and negotiate contracts, and manage compliance strategies.

You will lead risk assessments, train internal stakeholders, advise on disputes, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to align legal obligations with business goals; candidates should have 10+ years'

Qualifications

• 10+ years of legal practice in corporate/regulatory areas.
• Extensive knowledge of corporate and regulatory laws across government, in-house, and law firms.
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
